This website is owned and operated by MY ROSES PTY LTD (MY ROSES). MY ROSES is a registered Australian Company - ABN 73 092 379 431 MY ROSES customers are responsible for reviewing the terms and conditions of the MY ROSES website. PRICING All prices are shown in Australian Dollars. GST is included in all prices shown on this website. A Delivery fee is payable in addition to the price of items purchased on the MY ROSES website. METHODS OF PAYMENT American Express, MasterCard and VISA credit cards are accepted. Our online payments are fully secured using 128-bit encryption via a Secure Certificate. All transactions are processed in real time. NO CREDIT CARD DETAILS ARE STORED. We also provide corporate accounts to eligible businesses. To enquire about a corporate account, please email sales@myroses.com.au DELIVERY DESTINATIONS Delivery is available in the greater Sydney, Melbourne Canberra, Adelaide, Brisbane and Hobart regions. If the delivery area is not available on the "Send My Roses Shopping Cart" page, we are not able to provide a delivery service for you. BOOKINGS AND DELIVERY SCHEDULE Deliveries are available Monday to Friday (except Public Holidays). Bookings must be made by 3.00 pm for next business day delivery. While we can accept a booking for a specific date, we are unable to deliver at a specified time. RECIPIENT NOT HOME Deliveries will be returned to depot. A card will be left at the delivery address with instructions to arrange for re-delivery. A re-delivery fee may be charged. DAMAGED IN TRANSIT MY ROSES are shipped to you in prime condition, however, if they are damaged in transit, please contact us immediately by email: sales@myroses.com.au (providing your full contact details) to arrange both the return of the damaged goods and a replacement. CANCELLATIONS Cancellations are only possible with 24 hours notice prior to the delivery date and a $50.00 cancellation fee applies. To cancel a booking send us an email to sales@myroses.com.au with your contact details. DO NOT SEND US YOUR CREDIT CARD DETAILS IN AN EMAIL. When we receive your email we will call you to arrange the cancellation. You will need to be in possession of the credit card used to make the booking.
