how do I buy from MY ROSES ?

Purchasing on-line is the quickest way to buy MYROSES;

  • From our gift store select the roses you wish to buy, select the quantity and click on the “buy now” icon
  • When you have finished shopping proceed to checkout
  • Enter your full name and your email address
  • Move to the next page, fill out your delivery details with name & address of recipient
  • Next, enter your card message then select the delivery date by clicking on the icon to display drop down calendar. Now save your details
  • Check your order details, change if you wish and “Confirm Your Order”
  • To move to the payment page, select Pay NOW
  • Enter your credit card details to finalise your order
  • A receipt/confirmation email will be sent to you within minutes

do you sell other types of flowers or gift items?

We specialise exclusively in roses. We have a passion for them. While we love many many other flowers, we are true rose lovers.

 

do you accept advanced bookings?

We love you to give us as much notice as possible and prefer advance bookings. We ask that at a minimum you book before 12.00PM for same day delivery in Melbourne and next day delivery in Sydney.

We accept bookings up to twelve months in advance including early bookings for Valentine’s Day and Mothers Day.

 

where do you deliver?

We deliver to the greater metro areas of Sydney and Melbourne.

 

do you deliver on the weekend?

Deliveries are scheduled Monday to Friday. Bookings due for delivery on a Public Holiday are delivered the following business day whenever possible.

 

will my booking be accepted today?

Bookings are accepted up to 12.00 PM each day. Example, bookings made before 12.00PM on Monday will be delivered to Melbourne areas on Monday afternoon and to Sydney areas on Tuesday morning.

Bookings made after 12.00PM will be delivered next day to Melbourne and two days later to Sydney.

 

What time will MY ROSES be delivered?

We can accept a booking for a specific date but we are unable to deliver at a specified time.

 

what payment options do you provide?

American Express, MasterCard and VISA credit cards are accepted. Our online payments are fully secured using 128-bit encryption via a Secure Certificate. All transactions are processed in real time. NO CREDIT CARD DETAILS ARE STORED. We also provide corporate accounts to eligible businesses. To enquire about a corporate account, please email: sales@myroses.com.au

 

what should I do if MY ROSES have been damaged in transit?

We want you to enjoy MY ROSES as they are meant to be, magnificent! If your delivery has been damaged in transit contact us immediately by email: sales@myroses.com.au (providing your full contact details) to arrange both the return of the damaged goods and a replacement.

 

can I cancel my booking?

You must provide 24hrs advance notice of a cancellation prior to the delivery date. The cancellation fee is $50.00. The balance will be credited to the credit card used to make payment for the original booking. See Terms and Conditions for details.
